Examinations
Examinations range from 1.5 to 2 hours in length.
Exams are scheduled to be written at the end of each semester Absences from Examination
Absence is permitted only for serious illness with an appropriate medical note, or a death in the family. Official documentation legitimizing the absence must be submitted to the office within 24 hours of the exam for the student to have the opportunity to write the exam on another day.
Alternate exams times will be set through the Vice Principal in charge of exams.
If necessary, marks may be based on term work. Documents must be provided.
Family vacations are not acceptable reasons for student absence from an examination.
Final decisions are at the discretion of the Principal. Review of Examination by Students
Students and/or parents may review final examinations after they are written by making an appointment with the subject teacher. All final examinations are kept in storage for one year.

You will need your OEN number to register for a course online - it will serve as your username and your password. This number can be found on your report card or timetable.
